Figured I would make a post regarding the research I have done on this company. Lots to come for those who have patience for their new business model to grow. I also feel another offering is inevitable.

Huge covid-19 play. First big news that caught my attention broke out on 5/22 about contract with JFK for testing of airport workers, contractors and gov workers. More recent news on 6/5 regarding partnership with HyperPointe (their website is now down which is a red flag to many). Looking into XpresSpa further, they are hiring in many locations for expansion for testing. If more contract can be secured in the next few days/weeks, I feel this can start to its 52wk high. With the economy restarting and states reopening, they need to move quickly to have a larger impact. They also need to be able to keep up demand on the test kits. This will be a big play off of thermal imaging at the airports they have locations. JFK being the only confirmed. I say this as any personnel with elevated body temp will be sent to be tested. We will see how this plays out in coming weeks as I plan to hold this with the continued duck duck goose method to average down more if the opportunity is right. Huge upside here but same time there is the risk that I already have laid out for my own personal objective.

I've been reading into this tech from the partnered company, HyperPointe, sounds like their tech"HyperConnect" may be a TeleDoc related service. Not 100% as I'm still looking into it. I'm starting to think they will have on-site testing with a TeleDoc service. Purely speculation but the digging in and this is starting to look very good for the longer term play. Studley pointed out their ER is 06/29 and I personally don't think it will be very positive for this last quarter as they are still developing this new business expansion. First contract signed with JKF 2 weeks ago, Newark in coming days according to rumors and due to being local to the companies and XpresSpa locations being present. As I noted earlier, many locations hiring. Even if their Spa locations are a TeleDoc testing only, this will be a massive play for them in the overall long term. We will see how things play into the next few weeks as I see this continuing to being bullish up to the ER on 06.29. Again just wait for a potential play off the possibility of partnering with a company like ReMark Holdings ($MARK) for thermal screening at locations/airports.
