I totally could have taken profits an hour earlier at 3.05 but I held to the market open. I wanted to see if it could break out past 3.05. That was dumb. Next time I'll take profits and then save a day trade to get back in if I really need to.
I caught a little of this midday spike. I tried to get in a little earlier, but I am still happy with my execution overall!

I've been on a red streak with this TD account! I should have traded this stock yesterday instead of today. No real AM spike.
Bought too late, held overnight, no morning spike. Cut losses.
No AM on this OTC stock! It is finally reaching back up to where I bought, but I didn't want to chase.
OMG! My first successful dip-buy on a panic!! WOOHOOO!! I see now that this a move for which an entry is much clearer to me. I've been following this pumped stock for a while, knowing that a good crack was coming. Now that I'm writing this, is see the stock go up to 2.30, just more proof that I was on the right track! I am happy having taken my losses safely when I did.
