Again, missed out on some great opportunities. I was watching BTUUQ this morning for a breakout at $8.61. Unfortunately, I took my eye off of this stock and it hit $9.20 by the time I realized I just missed my entry. By that time it was too late and I didn't want to chase. Ugh. I've watched this stock go crazy several times since October 18. So frustrating to keep missing this.
I also missed out on GRVY. I saw this stock this morning, thanks to Stocks to Trade, when it was around $8. There was very little volume on this stock at the time, so I dismissed it. Like a dummy. Next thing I know this thing is going crazy and I'm sitting on the side lines. Ugh. One day, hopefully soon, I'm gonna stop missing these plays and nail one. On the way up, when this stock was making new highs, there were at least 5 opportunities to buy the breakout. I was afraid of chasing, there was low volume, and the spread was quite large. These factors lead me to not buy this. Another mistake, considering the low float, the great earnings winner news, and the low average volume. Ugh.
At least I'm improving everyday. So I'm getting better at missing great opportunities! lol
Oh ya, and I named this FOMO because I've conquered FOMO so much that I now have the opposite problem. lol
GRVY possible pump and dumb. averag volume was 7000.
It's an unaudited earnings winner. Could very well crash tomorow tho. Tim Sykes says to buy earnings winners tho, so I'll be looking for a long opportunity tomorrow morning! http://finance.yahoo.com/news/gravity-reports-third-quarter-2016-102500291.html
I saw GRVY early morning too.. did not get in either due to lack of volume.. would I do the same again? yes.. (lesson) work according to price action.. so don't beat yourself up about missing something that turned out to be great because more times than not, it probably would have failed
@SmashStocks Thanks man. That's a good point.
