Was on the right track. Actually had the right idea before Tim said anything, he just helped confirm what I already believed. Though I think I may still trade a bit too scared...

Sigh. Learning each lesson one mistake at a time... From now on I'm going to do less speculating/after hours/pre-market and just stick to things that are taking off after the opening bell, also try to learn with smaller positions, cutting losses quicker, and more simple plays, until I grow my account and become more comfortable with my own abilities.

Even had the chance to just take a loss on the commission fees alone next time I won't try to hold on to a stock hoping that it'll turn around. I think I may have also become to emotionally involved and was too preoccupied on the potential upside. But also the fact that the money I used would have been become unsettle made more not want sell out so soon which bit me in the but. I;m going to try to take smaller position sizes now to combat that.
