Thank you for checking out my watchlist, I am looking for any and all inputs from anyone to benefit one another!

First up is GPL - Great Panther Silver / GPR.TO on TSXV < - for Canadians

Saw this one just recently and I know it seems late to be looking at this but I believe it still has room to go up based on the fact that their earnings report will be released on March 3, 2016, Volume is still good, it has broke above its trend line, like all miners they have lost a tiny bit of cash but compared to other miners they are doing very well (financials are unaudited like most financial statements) financials can be found here > http://www.greatpanther.com/English/News/News-Details/2016/Great-Panther-Silver-To-Announce-Fiscal-Year-2015-Financial-Results-On-March-3-2016/default.aspx.  
- They had a fatality at one of their mines released on the 15th which explains that dip recently (http://finance.yahoo.com/news/great-panther-reports-fatality-guanajuato-133000215.html).
- On the 25th they will be paying their next option payment to Vista Gold Corp. on it's Guadalupe de Los Reyes
project which GPL intends to have a 100% interest in http://finance.yahoo.com/news/great-panther-silver-vista-gold133000270.html. 
Buy on Rumour, sell on news is the concept of this trade, my target is $0.95 - $1.00 in anticipation with a SL of $0.60.

RVLT - Revolution Lighting Technologies RVLT

It is incredible how this one has been staying between $0.72 - $0.74 range for over a week, it is building pressure!

- They still have cash on hand although it has been dropping, 
- Their CEO purchased 50,000 shares on Dec 16, 2015 at a price of $0.86
- Their Director purchased 50,000 shares on Nov 6, 2015 at a price of $1 and 100,000 shares on Dec 31, 2015 at a price of $0.70. - Proof
- They just finished a retrofit project at the Lehman College Campus In New York > Lehman College Campus
- Currently in talks with the US Navy > US NAVY

- They are releasing their next earnings on March 10 so I am watching to see if it will start to rise closer to the release date.
Target is $1.00 with a SL of $0.65 keeping it tight as they did report a loss for Q2 so better to be safe than sorry!

TGD - Timmins Gold Corp. TGD

This one has been on other's watch lists such as HebrewHammer and I have to concur that this is a great play, has a good balance sheet and positive cash flow.
- Has a slight correlation to gold (when gold moves this moves) 
- Still have cash on hand but like many miners has lost some due to the drop in gold prices over the years Quarterly Report
- They have just acquired a new credit facility Sprott Resource Lending and has refinanced some of their debt. Timmins PR 2016

This is a solid Canadian miner that should be able to weather the storm in commodities prices at the current levels, the refinancing has certainly help lift some pressure and have until June 30,2016 before needing to pay just over US $400,000. By then I believe that gold prices will be higher as gold has been forming an amazing "Cup & Handle" formation Gold Chart

Price target is $0.50 with a SL of $0.15
