I currently have a small account of $1,350 with etrade and $350 with TDameritrade. Because of my small accounts commissions have been killing me so I been searching for another broker. I came across Ustocktrade which I guess is not a broker but it still allows you trade among other traders. I am going to pull some of my money from both of my brokerage accounts to fund a Ustocktrade account. Commissions are only a buck to buy and sell so I think I might have a better chance of making some profit and increasing my account size. There is also a $1 monthl fee. Also, I will be learning from my experiences trading. I still only want to do 1 to 2 trades a day and try to focus on the best plays! If anyone has tried something similar please let me know how it is working for you!
One thing that sucks is that I can not uplaod my trades to profit.ly so I am going to keep a journal of all my plays.
I've been using a mobile app broker called Robinhood. They don't charge monthly nor trading fees, which makes it great for small accounts. The app itself is easy to understand, and overall pretty basic. Their charts aren't the best nor would I recommend them, but for trading it's worth taking a look!
Thanks I'll check it out
