Stocks to watch for August 10, 2017

 

XXII – earnings are out. We’ll see how the market reacts

 

ZYNE – short into any spike. Lots of bad news here.

 

ACHN – earnings were good but did not hold up well at all. Today’s low was 4.61. that acted as support so if it cracks, then ill be looking to short. If it holds, I might scalp it, but highly unlikely

 

KONA – slowly moving upwards. Long over the break of today’s high of 2.15 with 2.55 as target

 

SKLN – stock has been channel trading for quite some time. Just released news. Decent a/h move. History of failed spikes, but on watch

 

OPTT – patent awarded. Would like to see a follow up PR, but a break of today’s high of 1.45 and likely tests next resistance at 1.60. over that and it could really squeeze. 34% of the float is short, so we could get a nice squeeze.

 

HDSN – strong move a/h. earnings winner. It’s in uncharted territory so keep an eye on pre-market action. A/h high was 10.50 fyi.

 

ANTH – iffy with this one. They put out a confirmation PR of getting orphan drug status from FDA. The news was released in the morning, but a/h it really started to pick up. Possible long over 1.75 with first target at 1.95.

 

MBRX – stock has been holding up well since it came down hard mid last month. Long over the $3.00 break with targets at 3.30 and second 3.75 if it shows real strength

 

CBLI – moving on rumors of a contract with defense agency. Fell off sharply at high of 3.50 area. Possible long over today’s high. (past supernova)

 

AVEO – started perking up late afternoon. On watch for 2.90-3 break out.

 

DRYS – let her squeeze so I can short big.

 

XTNT, MATR, CCXI – earnings losers coming down. Short into any bounce.

 

APRN – stock finally made a reversal today, but right at market close it dropped quickly. On watch over today’s high.

 

MVIS – proposed an offering and its already coming down a/h. short into any spike or the crack of 2
