HDSN - Broke resistance at 4.00 and is now up 5.35 after hours on a 400 million dollar contract with the Department of Defense. The float isn't ideal, but it's not horrible either. I like the news a lot on this one, but I'm not a huge fan of stocks that are only up after hours. It's a potential buy for a morning spike tomorrow if the price action looks right.
BLDP - This is another stock that is up on a big contract win. It is a former runner, but the float isn't great. It closed at its highs and I expect it to go higher tomorrow. I'll be looking to buy if it breaks out at the open or on a dip if it decides to consolidate.
VII - Up on the news from the police shootings going on right now. Low float, former runner. Couldn't hold its gains after its spike last time, however, and it seems that is the case this time. It finished well off its highs and I expect it to go lower tomorrow. The plan is to short when it breaks a dollar.
XNY - Low float runner on fluffy news. Had an ugly looking close well off its highs. I'm looking to short this off the previous days close tomorrow.
SPHS - Had this one on my watchlist for the 3 dollar breakout. Finally got it today. It wasn't incredible, but there was 10% to be made. More importantly though, it held the 3 dollar mark and I think it has potential to continue to run. 3.30 was a spot where there were a ton of sellers today that prevented the breakout from going parabolic. I'll be looking to buy if it breaks that key 3.30 resistance convincingly.
