I try to sign up to all the promoters' email lists. You can find many promoters at websites like hotstocked.com, stockreads.com, stockpromotions.com; there are really only two effective promoters currently: Stocktips.com and Elitepennystock: http://www.goodetrades.com/2015/08/elitepennystock-paints-target-on-its-back-best-promoter-out-there/
