So this Stock has been Gaining From .05 to .45 in last 4 days... ???

Did some Research Cant find any paid pumps.

But did find that other time they made an aquisition their prices blew up.

Just completed an aquisitioon of Woodland this current SEC report.

The Ceo is Scott Beck his info is spread  throught the parties involved.  Very odd.

He is also CEO of "Beck Ventures" same address as well.

Employees range from 1 to 9 depending on where you look

They're Broke.

Their address is the same all over... address search is quite humuros... even says its a funeral home...

 

Their SEC report is all over the place..

 

I may be a new @timothy Sykes follower but this seems like it may be in the beginnings of something fishy.

 

Any thoughts.

BTW have not made a purchase yet found it late had to do research missed but no movement.  so skeptical about an exit plan.
