[TimAlerts] Anyone have an opinion on HLTH? It is getting ready to hit a previous resistance level of 2.45 and currently oversold with an RSI reading of 28.5946

[TimAlerts] The fundamentals and technical analysis of $UMC looks good. It has higher lows and is possibly going to hit a previous support level of 1.76. Also, the RSI is at 38.3057 on the daily chart. Do you guys think its a good buy if it hits 1.76?
