Not moving with the momentum and speed with which i want and its late in the day. Saw this as an alert in the chat room. ALways gets me when a trader, says ' x is spiking' and then sometimes i get into the FOMO style of emotion and start to chase. Learn to look at whats being presented and not jump in nilly willy.

This low float, low market cap morning spiker/runner , was another example of building hope in the novice trader that 'this stock is going to run' type thought and eventually lost over half of its gains and wasn't able to keep spiking. As Nate describes, these low floaters are hanging in there longer than normal, before they start to fade, mainly due to all the 'new' money and accounts that are entering the market at an unprecedented rate.

This was the trade of the day for me. I feel like i am finding my style and getting in the groove of finding my own flow at trading. And it always comes back to what Tim Sykes advise is. Find the % gainers on the day and then find the pattern. Whether its a dip buy on a multi runner, an over extended gap down , all day fader, Nates ABCD pattern or trading the front/back side of the move.
