Tuesday 4/3/18 - Millionaire Challenge - nice GOPH b/o, SLS tricky, GERN & FUSZ fading

    Michael Goode's webinar here

Mark Crook's video lesson on GERN SLS & RKDA here

This and these are must watch by Tim Grittani

Lastly, catch these specials here and here by Tim Sykes

TICKER   FLOAT   CATALYST   KEY AREAS - POTENTIAL LONG / SHORT INSTRUCTOR COMMENTS

    (yahoo finance - key statistics)

(i.e. hot sector, low float, former runner, earnings winner, breakout, pump, short squeeze, etc)
      (short-term and long-term resistance/support etc)

    SLS   3.8M
    today's low float big runner

I was looking at this in the morning but failed to enter and did not want to chase it so I stayed away. lower odds when dip buying after first day but will keep it on watch to learn from it. This will be a great short for those experienced traders, and then a dip buy once it drop big enough.

    FUSZ   118M
recent multiday runners that are coming down

both look to be dead but if any big panic happens I would be interested in a dip buy. Gotta be in the morning though. FUSZ i think has more downside as with GERN I think it has settled and found a temporary base
Likely slow faders back towards lows on both $GERN and $FUSZ - no play unless huge volume/catalyst etc
    GERN   156M

    AKER   31M
recent multiday runner that is reporting earnings

although earnings winners have not been too hot I will look at the reaction after earnings on this one since it's somewhat close to a multiday b/o.

    ARQL   86M
    approaching multi-day b/o @ 3.349

not a great setup since it's not very volatile, and looking over-extended. I probably wont play this one and that is why it's at the bottom of my list. Will look at it but not too thrilled about it.
Bullish chart but very slow mover/light volume and not ideal for daytrade

    Main Ones

SLS - probably will not play this one but it's currently the most exciting/volatile stock in play. Gaping down p/m but it might not be a good dip buy. Will watch and learn. (1)

    FUSZ

9:46AM - argh...upset about missing this play. I saw someone alert it on the chat room and by the time I opened Etrade the price was at 0.97 where I was going to buy some but I didn't. Would've been a decent 10% win by now. I would definitely be selling the the 1.07ish. My risk would've been LOD @ 0.93, and the volume is also good. Already trading over 1M in the first 20 mins. (4)

10:03AM - *sigh* this is the exact type of action that I was looking for to dip buy...yes, I am a bit upset but I gotta keep looking at the positive side and learn from this. These patterns will happen again and I am gaining knowledge by watching these develop in real time rather that in video lessons. The profits will come with time, I just have to stay patient and keep on keeping on. (5)

2:22PM - totally failing now and the only play was in the morning panic dip buy. No real play left as this pump is taking its lasts breaths and should flat line from here on out. RIP. (7)

    AKER

9:22AM - ended up buying 1300 @ 0.67 and sold shortly after @ 0.706 before the open for small $33.29 gain on paper. I might've sold early but I saw it trying to crack below 0.70 and i didn't want to hold into the open because the price can really tank. (2)

9:33AM - If I were still long I would be selling here since my conservative goals have been met by reaching 0.74. Can't get greedy with this bounce, although it is now at 0.76 after taking the screenshot and while I type this. (3)

    GOPH

2:16PM - missed this afternoon b/o that I will look for dip buys if it comes back towards the 3.15ish area. Good buy on the intraday b/o @ 3.13 leading to the multi-day b/o @ 3.15. The volume was also right on point as it got a big volume spike right as it was breaking out. (6)

3:16PM - well this is just a beauty of a b/o. It's all the way to the 3.60 where I would most definitely be out if I was out already in the 3.50s. (9)

    SLS

2:45PM - not even slightly tempted to trade it at all so far. If anything it's a short but I can also keep on going so I will stay away and just watch it every now and then. If this keeps on running like GERN did then I will look for the dip buy on the big crash. No play at the moment for me. (8)
    POTN

3:52PMTimChallenge timothysykes [Trade] Bought 25000 shares $POTN at 0.369 - First green day on a new earnings winner that run big in the past and is holding near its day highs all day, yes please...goal is to make 10-20% overnight, ideally selling into a morning spike/gap up tomorrow...I used my small Etrade account for this since it'll definitely be an overnight play, no worries about the PDT Rule (10)
