I have been keeping a close eye on AUPH and VRAY recently. Mainly AUPH. I got caught up in the excitement of it rising rapidly. I chased it a bit and bought more shares, after my original purchase, way higher than I should have. Anyways, I've seen numerous opportunities to get in and get out on a daily basis. I know about the 3 day trades per week rule, but is there any other limitations/restrictions/funky regulations when it comes to trading the same stock repeatedly?
I'm still trading with an account that currently has < 25K, but I'm working on changing that. ;)
Any advice/comments/helpful info is appreciated.
Thanks,
Rob
No. If you got a good one.
If you buy and sell and buy the same stock w/in a 30 day window, if you loose money the IRS will not allow you to deduct it.
Wash sale rule will be applied for 30 day window. You cannot write off your loss. If your are getting net good profit then you are fine.
You can swing trade it. Or if your wanting to be more frequently get more accounts more Day trades. Alot of traders buy at the close and sell in the morning panic. It depends what your wanting to do
