@journeyman1604 Hi Ross, thanks for replying. I have tried Interactive as they are part of TD Direct Investors, but stated they do not trade OTC / Penny stocks. If you think it's anything different it may be worth me getting back in touch. Looked at Trade Station thanks, the minimum fund is a little to high for me. Funnily enough last night I did manage to register with Suretrader, heard mixed reviews about them but at this stage I am willing to give it a try. Hi Ross, Good to hear from you. Challenge going well, concentrating on lots of study ! how about you ? I am using Suretrader, lots of people have warned me about them so once I have built up my fund I will transfer to another broker, having said that I'll also keep the Suretrader account as a back up. One good thing with them is the PDT rule does not apply as they operate outside the US. Interactive is one I would like to use, how do you find them ? All the best mate, Nigel
Yeah same for me mate. Currently away working in west africa offshore, so more time to study and less time to trade which has been good. I was looking at suretrader as the thought of getting around the PDT appeals! I might take a look at opening an account with them when i get home next week. IB seem good but have only paper traded with them so far. It is a much more complicated platform to use than some of the others ive seen so paper trading first has been good for me in order to get used to i
