I got a tip[ from a trader about this stock. I was not familiar with this trader so I took a small position on the stock to see if his tip was worth listening to in the future. It did not pan out so I pulled out today. Win some/Lose some. At least it was only a small position.
Watched this security for a while. It climbed until I reached 100% GAINS and took my profits.
This trade was not a good representation of my strategy. I attempted to try a new method which did not pan out as expected. I cut loses before I was in too deep. Lesson learned.
This trade started very slow. Once momentum took hold it took off very quickly. I sold later than I wanted to, but was new to trading and didn't yet realize that ANY GAIN IS A GOOD GAIN. Took profit with a smile! Always remember, "You can never go broke taking profits"
