MJNB(OTC) Float: 350.11M shares outstanding 

Ultrack Systems Inc. (OTC PINK: MJLB) ("Ultrack" or the "Company"), an emerging leader in the GPS tracking solutions marketplace

MJNL has acquired Vexxar gps tracking & forges deal with multi-billion $ canadian telecom company & integrated their gps tracking systems into EVs like tesla & bmw i8 in attempt to capture part of the ev sector/industry. I think this has some news to carry this on more. This doesn’t have a great history of spiking more than 2 days without a pullback after a big spike on the 3rd day. This had a brief spike in the am but couldn’t hold it’s highs. I think it still has some juice left in a few days maybe by the end of the week. 

12/16 Looks to be setting itself up for another breakout past yesterday’s high. Looking to buy this at the market open as it seems to be holding support nicely. Goal is to sell in the .05s, Maybe take half of my shares & let the other half ride out.

Trading day of 12/14

ALPP watching for a breakout past the intraday highs at $1.10. Looks to be setting a lower high so that’s not good but It’s probably just some pull back for now. Probably will break later. Tried to buy the breakout at $1.10 but blew past my limit at $1.15. I found out my order wasn't executed when I went to sell & when I went to cancel my order it got executed on the way down. Luckily it held support & gave me a little bounce. I tried to give it time but the bounce didn't seem strong enough. 

Still to come out with a profit. 

Closed 9% off it’s highs. If this dips tomorrow this is a potential buy for me and/or if it reaches near its highs at $1.20 this could go for another run. This also seems like it can panic again in the am so beware. 

 

RSCF (OTC) Float:38.94M shares outstanding: 84.74M

a provider of diverse products and services for the biotechnology & transportation industries Awarded patent for covid 19 vaccine capable air transportation system & adds another low temperature refrigeration patent to it’s growing intellectual property portfolio for a new & improved model of its freezers that face certain issues that some of their upright freezers have. 

 

If RSCF breaks past $2.35 & holds that level, it’s a potential dip buy for me this is a little bit higher priced so not the best play at hand, but this is in a hot sector in a hot market so I wouldn’t be surprised if this can keep on running. If it blows past the resistance level without a pull back & a hold, I will move on from this play. This does look like the backside of the move as it had a trend change in price action & didn’t hold its breakout level & $2.36 & dropped below it to its previous break out level @ $1.9. I saw on twitter that some of the vaccine deliveries have been halted due to allergic reaction of the vaccine. I’m not positive if this will affect this play in any sort of way, but I can definitely see the possibility of that happening.

Trading day of 12/14

looks to be setting up for a nice panic. This could keep breaking out as well if it breaks past Friday's highs. Goal would be to make 30-50 cents a share on the breakout or a 50% bounce on the dip, my goal is to capture 30. If this does panic I think it’ll take out some stop losses at $2 and bounce around the $1.70s-$1.86. Goal would be to sell in the low $2s. RSCF started to panic after a spike to start the day. I think this can drop more. Idk if it can reach the 2s because it's currently at $2.82 & already dropped from the $3.30s. But overall unchanged on the day so far. I should have bought this on the dip after the panic but I thought It had some more panic left in it but now it’s holding up pretty nicely off the bounce

PSRU(OTC) Float:0 SO: 648.04k

Valiant Eagle has an interesting story on an acquisition of majority control of the American Basketball Association. In their latest press release they provide an update on the acquisition & a state of the art studio that’s pimped out & you never have to leave. PSRU has a beat down chart, but could spike because of the santa clause effect or the January effect. 

12/16 Still waiting for this one to pick up. No big reaction to the news yet but if this can run then it can run similar to how it did in October. This probably won’t be a buy on the 2nd day of the run so I’ll try & catch this the first day it picks up on the 2nd half of that day & possibly hold overnight for the gap up. 

 

SWRM(OTC) float: 55.01M, SO: 55.01M

This is in a hot sector with its video conference call. Looks like they have a real product judging by their revenues. I think this can continue to run. They have recent news about their conference call waiting room features. SWRM was up over 1000% from 0.002 to 0.02. I’m looking for a break past the highs to buy. This can bring in some serious volume. If more good news drops, I’ll be likely to buy it. I might buy this on a dip or on the breakout. My profit goals will change according to which approach I take. 

`12/16 SWRM looks to be setting itself up for a good shorting opportunity if it breaks the neck line. Showing straight bouncy ball price action & descending triangle action. 

 

AITX(OTC) float/SO: 1.12B

This is currently being pumped right now and has been releasing a lot of news. This is known as an AI company & can keep running. This is in phase 5-6 of the framework right now so I won’t be touching this unless the pumpers keep pumping it up. If news is released & I get a chance to buy on a dip then I might buy. This is super high float though so that’s a downside because it requires a lot of volume to get this stock to move. I’ll watch this but I’m not sure if I’ll play this. AITX just underwent a debt restructuring deal & if they release any more news to hype this stock up then it’s a potential play. 

12/16 Not any new news yet but if more news is released this can run even more. As of right now It looks to be setting up for a cup & handle. It’s being talked about on twitter. Look like the range of consolidation is getting tighter so as soon as that range breaks & proves itself I might buy. Goal would be to sell in the .008 

 

RGGI (OTC) float:538.72k; so: 538.72k

This has a very interesting story but doesn’t have any revenues & very little cash. Regreen Group international claims to have manufactured the first batch of disinfectant robots. Definitely in a hot sector. When this story picks up this can move like crazy. As of right now it can’t seem to hold its spikes so be careful, that being said, RGGI can move.

12/16 RGGI had another spike tomorrow so I think this story is picking up. I will keep my eye on any news that is released on this because I think this can take off still. I won’t anticipate but I will react.  

 

MNNKQ(OTC) float: 83.34M; so:84.6M

Not really interested in this stock's story, even though it’s good enough to run, but it’s a low float low priced stock that could possibly run due to a short squeeze. Over half of the float seems to be shorted so I think if this starts to run it can squeeze shorts out. Right now it’s nearing its 1 month high & can breakout. If it does breakout, my goal would be to capture 10 cents a share. Recently there has been investors buying into this company. If MNNKQ is met with a news catalyst, then this can be a powerful move. 

12/16 This had a little death drop yesterday & even though this is up 400% from its lows, I wouldn’t be surprised to see this keep going especially if met with a catalyst. This isn’t my main focus so I won’t prioritize trading this stock, but I’ll key an eye on it. Look on it might roll over so caution all longs
