Only studying since 2 month or so (with full time job thou) and not trading purposely. I would like hear your thoughts on the following:

KCG Holdings.

News came right before market close of a rival bid to acquire all the outstanding shares: it went from 13.73 to 16.90 in one minute or so. Now raising after market and currently above 17.60. Volume pattern looks good but the stock is in unexplored territory.

Could a premarket entry be worth hoping in morning spike tomorrow am?
