First off I must say trading part time while working definitely took away the fear of burning up my account. Which also led me to take a very aggressive approach with each trade, and fortunately they paid off. But part of me feels that could have been attributed to "beginners luck" and the January effect.
Now we are in mid February and I am trading/studying full time living off of my savings and my amazing and supportive wife's income. Now the fear of burning up my account is a bit more real and I know that if it comes to that I must get another job or go back to the one I quit. I know so many people who may think it is a complete dummy move and 90-95% of traders lose. I am completely aware of both extremes on either end of the spectrum.
But for me I am a follower of the laws of attraction (not saying I believe I can attract good trades into my life) and I know that deep inside of me there has been a calling or an urge to become a trader. I know I must follow it because if you can do something, you must.
I have been working on my mindset and growing and fueling my desire to become more submersed into this culture. I wake up thinking of the stock market, I shower with the stock market, I eat with it, I walk through my day thinking of the stock market. its even gotten to the point where for the last week or so I've dreamt of sitting at my computer studying, trading and learning all that I can to help me become a better trader.
As of right now becoming a successful and consistently profitable trader is the largest blip on my radar.
I challenge each and every one of you who read this to step it up and add fuel to your desire because after a while your desire will fuel you.
How ever much you study now, start studying more. tell your friends you cant go out this weekend and get smashed, put the ps4 controller down turn off that shitty tv show...AND STUDY.
I think of my time as an investment not just my money.
What it the return on how you invest your time? will it help better you in the long run? or will it keep you up to date on your favorite celebrity?
challenge yourself to better!
I believe that if you want radical results you must put in a radical amount of effort.
Tomorrow is Monday are you ready???

I canceled my Netflix subscription. If I go to the bars I stay for a few hours and dont drink much. Everyone gets mad at me, but i dont care. Even tho Im not making $ yet, Its in my sights. I tell everyone that says "oh thats not for me" or "its too hard I could never understand that" I laugh and tell them its just like college. You dont know anything about physics but you start with the basic and at one point in time it starts to make sense. Baby steps. If you the chance read the book Turtle Tr
