I have decided that January 27th 2017 is my last day of working at a job. Currently I am working 70 hours a week plus 20 hours of commute each week, at a landfill I have decided that it is not worth my time and energy to trade my life for a $1,000 a week paycheck. I have been saving my money and building my trading account as if it was a second savings account and I am going to dive in 100 percent as if day trading is my full time job. I have been following Tim for about a year and a half now on and off, last year around this time I had saved up $3,000 to invest with but I never did it a few months later the money was gone and so was my desire to become a day trader.
3 weeks ago I had decided now is the time, start now or never start at all. Last year I was collecting unemployment for 6 months and 5 days a week I had spent 8 to 10 hours a day studying and watching the stock market. I have learned a good amount but I also know there's many many more lessons to learn. That is why I'm quitting my job because I look at my time as an investmen, if I invest my time to work at this landfill this nasty disgusting trash hole, if I invest my time with that I get $1,000 a week paycheck and nore hassle and assholes then i want to deal with. Now if I spend the same amount of time at home studying fervently everyday my return on investment... I cannot see a limit to it.
Well that is the short and not so in depth story of my current situation. I just wanted to introduce myself to the community and I look forward to all of us growing and learning together.
HAPPY HOLIDAYS
@Phipps_308bandit Good luck to you, I know how it feels to work for an "a$$wipe".
Make sure you don't let the daily $ gains drive you to taking riskier trades with lower rewards. Stay focused on the gimmes and don't experiment. Trade safe, Trade scared. Best of luck to you!
