Entry comments: This stock has been in a down trend all year, but at the end of January, it started to go in an up trend. It has been pretty choppy with a lot of dips, which I know you should normally stay away from choppy stocks. But, I saw that it kept reaching new highs; whenever it would break a new intraday high, it would go up at least $.10 - $.20. It would have been better to buy on a dip, but I bought when it was breaking a new high again, aiming to make $.20.
Exit comments: I got impatient and doubted myself, sold to break even. That was a mistake because in less than an hour, the stock did exactly what I expected it to do and went up $.40. Good lesson to be patient and wait for the stock to play out.

Entry comments: Very first stock trade. Still learning from Tim's DVDs and lessons. Just opened an ETrade account with the minimum amount of money to have the capability to short sell ($2000). Want to get my feet wet and start getting familiar with trading and applying what I've learned so far through Tim's trainings. Just like Tim, I bought this on the dip, expecting it to bounce back up for roughly a $0.20 gain.
Exit comments: Went against Tim's rules; did not buy when there was a high volume of trades and I held too long, past the point when I realized the stock was not doing what I expected it to do, so I ended up not cutting my losses as quickly as I should have. I'll take the small lost for good lessons learned and experienced gained.

Entry comments: Another very small trade to get some more experience. Buying this on another dip, expecting it to bounce back up at least $0.10 - $0.20.
Exit comments: This did exactly what I expected. Got in and out for a small gain. Even though I made a small gain, because of ETrade's $9.99 commission per trade, I ended up losing $3. This was very good experience for only my second trade and 1st trade on my own without following Tim's alert actions, but using what I've learned so far from Tim's teaching. Because I have a small account, I will have to take bigger risks to actually be able to profit after deducting ETrade's commission fees.
