Feeling stupid. Saw news, impulsively bought at near hod, and sold as it continued to go down, ignoring stops twice. Considering I started in last Summer, watching tons of videos, taking notes, the whole deal, I don't see much progress. File under newbie self pity.

Not a bad trade, but I knew BIMI had good news, that China had just reopened the stock market and this could do well. But I was frustrated, feeling bad about losing money on NNVC and lost my spirit so held early out of fear. My trade plan was ok but this was an emotional bail out from fear.

Just a ridiculous trade - bought so late in the day - then when it tanked I didn't sell and had many opportunities. Thought the virus fever would carry this up. Bought afternoon hoping for gap up over the weekend, in spite of all obvious information. Argh. The buying a stock at it's highs is a habit that has GOT TO GO!

Was barely a break even. Had opportunities to profit more decently on Friday. Bad habit of creating real plans AFTER buying and then just waiting to see what will happen. Reactive - not proactive, which I'd like to improve upon.

Where I'm encouraged by this is that I did cut losses - so this is really important and I MUST cut losses quickly as that's where I've bled and given back my small wins. Taking the emotion out of selling positions (only doing longs now) and a solid plan (putting in Stops) may be a way to get discipline here.

This was an over the weekend trade that gapped up on Monday. It's the one trade that made me think after several months I'm learning. (Volume, volume, volume - % gainers, multi-day runners, first green day). Emotion management is my challenge as not getting distracted.

The opportunity was the day the buzz was on the stock, not waiting until the announcement. Buy the rumor sell the news. I'm learning that a stock sometimes only gets 1 day and the next day often people are off to something else. I saw the announcement with Bayer and thought it would be another CPAH

Total deer in the headlights - if this wasn't a kick in the pants to study and review my notes more, I don't know what was. Feeling pretty dumb, I messed the trade up start to finish and was then paralyzed in the face of stop loss (which was written down) then ignored. Hold and Hope isn't a strategy. Lesson learned today.
