Pattern: VWAP Hold HOD Break Time: 11:55am - 12:15pm 60M Float Volume: 4.45M News: Record date 5/18 for dividends Overview: Good trade overall but I wasn't paying attention to the lower volume when I entered. It also was not a morning spike. It stair-stepped all day. I was up at one point but it dropped before reaching my goal. I followed my plan and stopped out a couple of cents below VWAP.

-13.90 for fees - OTC FGD - Entry was a bit early but it held ok until the EOD. It wasn't doing much so I sold 3 minutes before the close. As soon as I sold, the stock spiked to .59 (my goal was .6). If I had held those 3 minutes, I would be up 3.5% at the close. Stock gapped up another .5 the next morning. Could have made over 10%. Lesson learned. Trust the OTC FGD

Bad trade. Acquisition play. The stock halted on the way up and I set a limit order @ .02 above the LTP because all of the "post halt spikes" I've seen the past few weeks shot up after the halt (like ALF). Once it resumed, however, the price jumped to .02 above my buy order and then went STRAIGHT DOWN. I didn't even have time to jump out. Then I held for a minute, hoping that it would rebound. I could have cut my losses in half if I had sold with a Market order. NO MORE HALT TRADES.
