Took a nice short on $BRS and holding overnight. tailing stop in place and $580 in the green so far

Just an FYI to those who follow this profile... I'm making the switch from paper trading to live trading this coming week as soon as the deposit in my TD Ameritrade account clears. I will still be making paper trades from time to time, but most of my posts etc will be on my main profile. Happy Trading.

Thursday was an ugly trading day for me, $550 in losses. But even though I was having issues with entry and getting stopped out, I managed to keep my losses fairly small considering we're talking about 7 trades with about $10k positions my average loss for the day is about -5%

Sometimes you just get lucky. I was able to close a bag I was holding with BIND. It spiked today and I actually left the table with $1k in gains! It was such a bad trade tho so I still consider this a huge loss. I failed to cut losses. Stupid.

Calling it a day for trading. I was able to be $1600 in the green on my trades. Feels good to see the potential in trading. I can wait to switch from paper to live. Plant the seeds of education and grow your pennies.

Made a nice little gain in $F of $90 when the stock climbed in the morning. Trailing stop knocked me out before the fade.

Just about everything is packed and ready for another week of camping. This time its for cub scout camp. It's day camp but we're staying at the campground they week rather than commuting each day. So not sure if I can trade this week, maybe on mobile, but I have the market open tomorrow on the PC so I'll be looking to do a few trades and close up some swings.

Well today's trades didn't do what I was aiming for, though with the trades I did close today I managed to keep the over loss small. I'm holding a long in $F from 13.13 looking to catch the overall uptrend seen on the longer charts, and a short in $DB from 12.94 looking to catch the downtrend. $DB is now 12.93 A/H so back in the green. I liked the new scan and setup on ToS. I think it will help with the consistency if I can ensure I cut losses. I'll be camping next week so I'm not sure if I'll be trading. Its a local campground so I should have mobile.
