The issue with some of if these can be the lower volume so it is a different mindset versus something like AKAO from this morning. I was in and out there on 2 trades for about 5 minutes. Thee types of stocks can be slow movers that happen 'behind the scenes' and move 'quietly'...

I see that $OSUR, broke out over the $9 mark, I wanted to get in but the lack of volume kept me out. Like you said, it's just quietly going up. If you got it, well done and good luck.
