Possible Buys - 

CCXI - up about 100% on a license to commercialize it's medicine in major markets like Europe. Also it's to receive 85 mln. But it reported a 1Q loss.  It's already dropped premarket after having been up so much it seems already a bit overextended. at the open this can do one of two things, it can just have a nice pullback being up so much and reporting that 1Q loss and maybe bounce or it can hold levels spike and eventually at some point of the day will lose alot of it's gains. It's already losing a lot of gains premarket so it may just bounce at the open. We'll see.

VCEL - 15% Good first quarter financials

SPI - Share Purchase agreement, illiquidity may make it hard for this to break previous day highs though.
