Was hoping for a bounce back..need to stick to my plans cut losses early though
Bought after hours after a breakout up day, went in near day support levels with plans to run up pre market .30-.40 and sell long. Did not wake up esrly to monitor stock fell hard and announced Direct Offering deal. Lost big time, defenitly learned something here.
Saw this spike market open with no news or earnings reports, had multiple peaks throughout the day with some similar support levels. waited for a dip and got in.
Was too anxious as this was a earnings winner the night before with big a/h gains in price. Was expecting a spike at market open, bought in pre market too high and stock fell right after opening.
Price had trended up a bit and was expecting it to continue rising, went in way too high. miss timed my entry, rushed this trade since it was my 1st one ever. Now I know to do my research and have a plan.
