so I woke up this day with my mind to get out from my comfort zone and try other strategies when it comes to going Long which is not my favorite thing to do and don't like as shorting, but unfortunately I met NBRV , since i adjusted to bigger positions once i got comfortable with shorting I forgot to adjust that when I longed , as i watch the price action I let my self off guard and didn't watch how frequent i was trading , although i don't like Long I know that with NBRV it was the exception
