Hi Zaleucus.The only supplements I take are:With Breakfast:Vitamin C 1,000 mg.B-Complex 50 one tablet.Magnesium 500mg one tablet.Zinc 50mg.one tablet.This is it.No protein powders carbage.no carbo drinks garbage.And zero of any drugs or medicines.Encluding aspirin.I eat Organic food.
