Scanned or market movers and went through the top few. Ridiculous spike from news I missed 10mins prior. Entered with roughly minimum ($502) at .072 based off the sheer volume strength and watched it rise to 0.08, all the while trying to figure out how to set a stop loss. Before I could - I see the price falling sharply from 0.08 to 0.077. I decide to sell at a 0.076 limit which activated immediately.
Entry comments: Bought on a tip to hold long. Did no prior research. Rookie.
Exit comments: Supposed to be a good longterm hold. I am adapting my strategy so had to give this potential gem up. No loss again which is nice.

Exit comments: Saw an uptrend and set an auto sell at the ceiling I spotted. Thankful I got out of a trade I knew nothing about unscathed.
First ever sell. Fell for 'morning panic' something I would learn later on. Set a stop loss which was triggered on market open. Close price night before was 0.49. Inexperienced lesson learnt.
