Gonna keep this one short - TRUST THE PROCESS.  Been burned twice now on plays that I didn't prepare for and was hoping to make a quick buck.  Doesn't work like that, not yet anyway.  Gotta remember it's ok not to trade.  I really thought I had more willpower than this, I'm hoping writing it down will help solidfy it.
