Today’s Trades

NLNK – Biotech up big the last few days on positive news. Closed weak on Friday so my bias is short. Too risk buying this up here so if this goes red and puts in a LH I’d look to short with risk on green.

XOMA – Positive news this morning and if this can push through the $19.15 high with volume I’d look to go long aiming for the 20’s with risk in the high 18’s.

KURA – Biotech up big on Friday due to phase 2 news. Pulled back into the close. If this struggles to spike I’ll be watching for it to go red and short a LH. Risk on green/HOD.

ONS – Biotech up from $1 to $2 on Friday. I believe it has outstanding warrants and if this goes red today I’d be looking at going short and using R/G as my risk.

EBIO – Biotech that spiked on conference news Friday. Not up huge but struggles to hold any gains and it’s dropped from a/h Friday. I’d look to short using $1.70 area as my risk (previous resistance) and aiming for the 1.30’s.

ZUMZ – Earnings winner that held up strongly Friday. Topped at $16.40 but if this high breaks this could see the 17’s today. I’ll watch pull backs for a lower risk entry as risk to reward is something I need to work on.

IDRA – Biotech up on phase 1 news but with a bad chart and a recently filed S-3. My guess is this crashes at some point today. I wont be rushing in, waiting to see if it spikes and rolls over for a good risk to reward entry.
