Thanks for the advice. I'm glad i'm not the only one that's done it. I'm getting the cart before the horse. I definitely need to work on risk/reward and planning my trades. Do, or did, you paper trade? i was thinking of doing that for now. Thanks

Michael Goode made a good point of paper trading... He said it's not so good to paper trade because you won't feel emotion of greed, fear and pride. So if you do trade, trade w/ real money but small positions. I see you're doing that already since your losses aren't big. Don't be like me, trade large positions and chase a trade and lose thousands... I learned the hard way

Also, I found that you shouldn't blindly follow Tim's trade. I made a new strategy for myself... Never enter a trade unless I've personally planned and researched it before hand. It's saved me more times than none and helped me make money...

All great points. Thanks for sharing. I'm going to keep my trades small and work on planning my trades. I chased ARNA the other day and lost some money. Sometimes we have to learn the hard way. But, glad I didn't lose thousands. Anyway, very sound advice from you thanks again.
