
@TimeFliesBuy, I see the company is listed in CAN and US, I did not look at the US SEC data at the time, the CAN SEDAR info is self-certified, meaning nothing of value to me, when I saw that the company has it's listed address in BC, Canada but the CEO lives in the Pennsylvania, US, my ears perked up. What kind of company would elect a person from another country? How often would that CEO actually visit his company and have meetings there? Also thinking that this was a Canadian company I thought it strange that the website was registered in US when Can has very good providers for this service. I only spent 15min on this so sorry if this mislead you but no one seemed to be interested in it so I just moved on.

Oh ok, I hear ya. These companies are confusing. I wasn't sure what all you found. Some call it a bad sushi and while the chart does reprsent that, its not uncommon in the healthcare industry , because bad news will slaughter the stock then good news cam make it rise just as easily.
