$OCUL $OBCI $SORL all were in last nights watchlist and even though they didn't show much excitement today they didn't die out and still have some potential as they held good support levels they just need to get more volume and test key b/o levels. $OBCI $SORL are earnings winners which tend to spike multiple days and spike big if they are true earnings winners. $OCUL is already up nicely from b/o level and is holding up nicely as it is showing signs that it can go for another run.

Technical Analysis - This was a failed morning spike that went up quick, 1.40 in just 6 mins into the market open. There was really no dip buy opportunity as it went all the way back down to the 5.00 level holding as support then began up trending the rest of the day. 5.00 seems to be key technical level on 5 year chart so watch for a dip and bounce. 5.25 is a good support level but 5.50 is really catching my eye because early morning after the huge spike it dipped to that level and held for a while before cracking then after the dip to 5.00 it tested 5.50 but there was a wall making it clear resistance.
Research - Earnings winner that added a new board of director Brent Rosenthal. Market cap of 92.64 million. 52 wk high of 6.15 and 1 yr target of 6.71 not that far off of it. 12.72 million float with 153,400 (1.21%) being short. In the wireless communications industry and technology sector.

Technical Analysis - Ugly chart that probably should be traded because it dropped from 3.00 to .60 overnight in May but you can't ignore price action and it's todays big percent gainer going supernova. After spiking in the morning it formed a cup and handle b/o and all day it made new highs then dipping and holding support nicely off its highs and b/o again and it did this all day. I don't really trust this stock but if it can break 3.00, as it proved it couldn't today topping out at 2.99, then I will be interested.
Research - Went up on news of merger but seems to be bigger problems behind the scenes so I am skeptical as the fundamentals might not be so good. Also CEO, CFO, and 3 directors resigned today. 30.43 million market. 11.54 million float with 759,300 (6.58%) being short. In the biotechnology industry and the healthcare sector.

Technical Analysis - This isn't a sexy pick because it was red on the day and probably won't show up on screeners but it is dipping and nearing support levels at 4.40, that were recently resistance levels. Even though it did crack that level today and yesterday it did double bottom at 4.10 level bouncing nicely. It did get to 4.60 today after the 4.13 bounce but it ran into a wall at 4.60 as it was key support yesterday double bottoming at that level. This isn't my top pick but it's a potential dip buy and bounce.
Research - Earnings came out and they don't wow you but they aren't totally bad. 97.49 million market cap coming off its 52 wk high at 8.55 a few weeks ago. 19.54 float with 1,392,400 (7.33%) being short. In the drugs - generic industry and the healthcare sector.
$SITO - This does have resistance at the $6.10s if it can't break this then it I would expect some down trending. But if it does break it, I would consider getting in around the 6.10s and watch it try retesting to the $7 like it did in January 2013
$STEM - Kinda wary into getting on a high percent gainer like this one, would want to see it maintain its support at it's close and not downtrend in the morning. Possible entry into this stock would be if reached theprevious resistance of $3.10s and expect a nice uptrend to the 4s
SPHS - I would be interested in this if it maintains it's support at the market close and has an uptrend premarket like it did on 7-25-16 of it retesting the 5s and possibly the 6s on the next day
