The past few days I have watched Mark Douglas's phycology videos on YT in full. He has taught me to take the thinking out of trading. I have a system with Buy and Sell signals that over 38 trades give's 3/4 winners 1/4 over 10% & 1/6 gives an Up-halt. My average is -0.22% making my own decisions. I am going to follow this system from my next trade Line to Line, win/loose using systematic trading.

I sold early without following the sell signals. Very emotional trade.

Trading a stock that didn’t meet % or Vol requirements.

Trading twice in PM. Selling early (not waiting for either signal) because I wanted to get back to break even.

Looking at a stock with NO float and not concentrating on the best stock that is over $3 and has a float under 100M. Ended up buying late and missed $400

Trading before 9am – TWICE! / Buying a late signal. / Not reading the rules before trading.

Not selling on Huge topping tail – regardless of signal.

Overtrading & Trading after 10am.

Chasing in PM. Auto – sell then selling scared when there was no signal.

Not having my Ecurt charts ready – PM was not selected. Not having a good VPN on bad internet connection. Buying on a 1 min break when the Ecurt was not near the Red line.
