SPY futures up a couple points.  Seems like a quiet morning, maybe I'm getting into my rhythm of things.

 

Small cap movers

TIRX - Chinese stock filed a 6K.  Form 6-K is required as a cover page for foreign issuers filing reports, such as annual financial reports, with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The purpose of SEC Form 6-K is that it relieves the burden of dual reporting for certain non-U.S. issuers

AGBA - Spiking on merger news.  AGBA and triller to merge to create a "$4 Billion powerhouse" LOL.  Up big with volume.

BPTH - PR on successfully completing phase 1 / 1b clinical trails.  Really small lows and beat up company, close to market lows.  I like this one for a potential run up into open.

HOLO - momentum mover, prior runner.  China theme today.  Already had a huge run up so people will remember.

ME - CEO wants to buy all the public shares/ take private.

INVO - red on the day.  Not looking to trade today

WISA - I believe they issued some warrants.  Still happy I nailed my entry at market close yesterday.

CXAI - Gave everything back today.

Still holding RCAT & MRNS looking for spikes.  Profit goals for RCAT were hit early morning if I had entered a limit sell for afterhours, would have executed while I was asleep for another single
