@LarrySimiyu Hi Larry. Almost all my trades are listed on profit.ly except for a couple and some trades that still haven't closed. If you are in chat, just private message me during trading and I will be happy to answer any questions that I can.

@LarrySimiyu Just google Tim Sykes Tim alerts. For just alerts, it's $50 for a month. For pennystocking silver its $100 per month but you can get a much better deal on a year subscription and you get the chat room with this one.
I think he is having one right now where it has alerts and the chat room
but thank you for your help, wait do you have an email where I can ask you about your actual trading experience with real money. Like how much money you had started with? I understand youre just about as new as me but I also like getting different view points.

@LarrySimiyu I am mostly paper trading right now but I have also used real cash. I found I was making too many newbie mistakes and losing money so that's why I am mostly paper trading for the time being. I also like that there isn't a limit on the number of shares you can trade when you are paper trading. It's a lot easier to rack up some gains when you can trade 10,000 shares at a time which I couldn't do if I was trading with real cash. I am in Canada. I'm trading through the Royal Bank. Some people use Interactive Broker as well as Think or Swim. You could ask in chat what brokers are being used by others.
where do I join a chat room? or get alerts for practice? thank you for your help.

@LarrySimiyu Hi Larry. Believe it or not, I am also a newbie. My trades have been mostly paper trades lately but I seem to do much better when its not real money. If I could give you a really good tip it would be to pay attention to Tim. He really knows what he is doing. His tip to cut losses quickly is great advice. I wish I had found out about him before I started trading last year. I am learning a lot from him. I would also recommend that you paper trade for a while and make your mistakes before you start losing real cash. That can be very painful. Good luck with the trading.
But I now know it is important to invest in a good education before starting. So do you think catching Tims alerts will be a better way to go? And are you personally subscribed to his alerts at the moment?
Sorry one more question aha, so I know you said you paper trade but it shows that you have made 21k profit? does profit.ly track paper trades also?
I am subscribed to Tim's Penny Stocking Silver. It allows me access to the chat room and that's very helpful hearing what other traders are trading, etc. Profit.ly tracks paper trades too. I am not a verified trader. If you link up your account that you trade in somehow, you can be a verified trader. When I paper trade, I try to trade in real time and force myself to stick with my decision. I can't learn from lying to myself so I try to keep it as honest as I can so that I can evaluate my
trades later.

@Bullionaire ah are you paper trading through think or swim or have you used your money also.

@Bullionaire Hello, my name is Larry and I have been studying trading since my sophomore year of high school. Now after finished my first year of college I definitely think its time for me to take a risk and start learning actually trading. Any tips?

@KBloc how do you deal with so much loss and keep going man?
tolerate myself to have small losses but not big losses. I have heard from some people where they lose 70 000$ in a week. I just cut losses quickly. I need it as long as I have not found my style yet. Are you a Tim challenge student? Well, I am an ex Tim Challenge student. I am trying to find my style. His style does not really work with me. It is a price that I have to pay, I guess. However, I like what Superman is doing. He can hold stocks for weeks and still make money. Well, I do not want to
misguide you. I am not successful (yet). I just want to wish you good luck figuring what you are good at in trading. I think trading is about discovering who you are. If Sykes’ style fits you… then, good for you. If not, keep searching. Again good luck!
I'm thinking about screencasting traides if you want to hang out let me know. Like your trade on SUNE. That's where I'm getting long...no guarantees I can help you, but I'll show you some indicators that might
help you see that shorting at the bottom is lower probability than going lonk.

@traderquebec hey question here, I decided to finally stop spectating and actually start trading. So how much money did you start with and where do you get news on your stocks. Sorry if youve seen this question many times, I just saw that youre pretty active on this site.
I don't want to answer this question because i don't know. I lost big money first and added and added.. For news, i use Yahoo Finance, Twitter,
@traderquebec Have You trade before sir? Before trade penny?
