I am going to keep this short because there is not much else to say. This was my worst month in terms of PnL, discipline, quality of trades, and all of the above. Even worse, this month was pacing to only be -1R, but I literally ended -6.5R all due to 3 trading days. I made every mistake possible in every which way. Following, Brian Lee said to a question I asked him, "eventually you will say enough is enough, it will eventually beat the shit out of you, and you will be forced to follow your rules as long as you have a set process. I hit that stage recently, and now couldn't be a better time for it. I have already moved on completely and have a new mental focus for December and beyond. This was all around a month to forget, but more importantly a month to remember in terms of what I know I will never do again. It's only up from here.
