Here's a hilarious video I found that relates to the stock market right now:
Tim Sykes' stocks to watch today: XNET, PRPL, QMCO, OMI, SMSI, SGMA, AKTX, SKDA, YRIV
XNET, PRPL, QMCO, OMI, SMSI, and SGMA are all most recent earnings winners and are therefore potential buys on breakouts or morning panic dip buys.
RKDA: Wow what a spike yesterday! Missed out because all of my money was in TRNX but watching the action today for possible dip buys or another spike if the market allows.
TRNX: even though this stock did me wrong yesterday, I'm still watching for a comeback. The market was bad overall yesterday so I can't hold it against the ticker. Missed the initial 20 cent gain at the opening of the market to see what the stock would do; possible dip buy today if anything.
SLS: jumped at the end of the day due to Q2 results with a gain of 3 cents a share; not interesting enough to buy but I'm looking to see if it gains any more today or if the earnings aren't enough to carry it.
PRPL: Tim traded this one early in the day for a quick gain and then the stock pitterered out for the rest of the day ... We'll see what happens tomorrow but you have to be super quick on this one.
TNAV: I haven't been watching this ticker as closely, but the past 2 days it's had solid gains. Looking to see what happens with the market
NVAX: slowly climbed from the 4.30's to the 6.30's... another play I missed! Climbed due to positive data on a vaccine. Watching to see if this trend continues today or if the news won't hold.
AKTX: a small gain from this ticker at the end of the trading day yesterday and of course the jump overnight due to the FDA granting a stem cell treatment in pediatric patients. Watching to see if this moves today or if it was just a one day thing.
ENPH: Still keeping my eye on this ticker due to how it moves each day... can't hold its chart from yesterday against it because the market was crappy.
HMY: gold tends to go up while the market is down. This ticker reached a new high on the 14th but didn't move much after that, so just watching to see what happens with the gold market.
