Hi all, 

Want to make a update on my total portfolio in the market.
Going to keep selling puts and calls in my growth portfolio.
Also keep swing trading high quality dividend stocks. I'm keeping it simple just going to look at the RSI, to sell above 70 and buy slowly back in at 50ish and fully add when the RSI is around 30. 
I only buy and hold stocks that i believe in for the longterm. 

Up 19.94% annual or 4.98% each month on my growth portfolio at the moment.

Up 14.53% annual or 3.63% each month on average on my overall dividend portfolio at the moment, and still 8 months to go this year. 

My option trading goes nice as you can see on the second image. 
I'm very happy with the results so far this year.
