What application do you use to create these?

@Krispytrades Hey Nicolas, I take a screen shot of my chart and open it in Microsoft Paint. Then I cut out just the chart and paste it in Publisher and add annotations. With publisher you can save the file as jpeg or png, so that is helpful.
