After an awfull year,  I respect my rules: Loss no more than 2% of my account in a weeK. 

 my account flied in 2021 with Jackaroo advises  from $6k to $135k. I did not want to loose money. so I did not follow the discipline and the account crash to $6.5k in 2022. 

I had to change my mind to find the new ways to respect my rules and to accept my loss.  I had a stop loss very far, but I change back my position very small. ( so the stop could be far away) 

This month 0.54% ( 6.48%/year) not so bad. After discipline the 7 days ago, 6.50% in the last 7 days. I swear that trading is a ton of disciplines, only two or three trades a week. 

 So a tip to remember, if your account is $5k, you can loose $100 a week. But if your are a huge account, over $100k, I had to understand to manage a loss of $1k or $2k, when I earn $5k or $12k. I did not be able to accept that, so the loss of $1k became $5k and $12k... 

 Be gratefull to be able to have the health, to have money to trade, to have a family and a peace in your country. be gratefull to God when you earn! God bless you. KptainDoc Anne
