Reckon everyone's heard the news on us digging some massive holes in Iran this weekend. Kind of an obvious statement, but yeah, there will be an effect on the market. Up? Down? Who knows. Probably down...likely down. Which means trading EXTRA safe during this period. Might be a good idea to even have zero positions tomorrow or the next day to just let things shake out. Likely oil gonna go up, so keep checking on those tickers. HUSA, TPET....other low float tickers. Probably the major defense stocks gonna spike. Expecting some volatility until we see what the ramifications are gonna be.
I'm still watching the same ole thing. There's an enormous number of reverse splits in the window of opportunity right now.
Friday was an amazing reverse split day - sooo many took off for decent gains. Just highlighting a couple here: AGMH was a recent reverse split, Hong Kong trading platform. Nice 50%ish spike in AH on Friday on news of meeting SEC requirements. PXLW - just damn...nice push up for 100% from it's bottom. Regret cutting that one! SST - Another huge push for over a 100% winner from the bottom. Didn't expect that one to even go. VLCN, another one with a good push, not quite to 30% though. JFBR - Huge pop in premarket, then just petered out, but 100% since its reverse split. XXII - well damn...It actually dumped 50% at the open for a nice bounce from $6-$9. That's kinda rare. Wouldn't expect that on day one.
Here's what I'm watching or in:
INAB: Bio Tech Cancer, Low-ish Float, Great Bounce Probabilities. Dd some consolidating, but nothing major. Let's see what Monday brings.
AEMD: Bio Tech Cancer, low-ish Float, HIGH Risk. I did take a position on this at $1.57; definitely a risky trade with dilution - and I don't like that there's been zero pops on news; but it's worth a shot down at this level.
BNRG: Israel Sustainable Energy. Low-ish float, great bounce probabilities. Damn..nice dump at the open and bounce right back. I would like to see this fade off and make a support level bounce at $2.00.
ONCO: Bio Tech Cancer, MICRO Float, ok bounce probabilities, but high risk of dilution. I did take a position on this one at $4.07. My goal is the $4.70 mark. Which looks like I sold ONE (just one share) in AH on a spike, from no news. Might just be shorts getting scared going into the weekend. I don't have a huge position on this one - risky with a MICRO float.
ARTL: Bio Tech / Cannabis treatments for rare diseases. Ultra Low Float, ok bounce probabilities at lows. Just to be clear: I'm not a fan of any cannabis-related tickers, cause they usually fail quickly after spikes But it's at the bottom of an uptrend line, $5.75. There's two support lines below - $5.50 and $5.00. The probability buy zone is $5.03.
RAPT: Bio Tech Cancer, low-ish float. High Risk. Straight out, this is risky. I liked the double bottom at the $7 level though, and so many other reverse splits were popping that I felt this had a chance, plus the pump it had earlier last week. My initial goal is $9.00, but it might be able to clear $10 to $14.
New tickers splitting tomorrow:
TRUG: Golfing Products. Ultra low float, Low Risk. Can tell alot of buying activity was happening a couple days ago and into Friday. Could be worth a shot at $5.00, which is a support level. Past history shows it holds support levels pretty well.
SLE: Live Stream Gaming. Ultra low float, good bounce potential, higher risk for dilution. I like a good tech stock. Not a super impressive chart, but it does seem to have some spikes/multi-day runs. Could be worth a shot on a pullback to $3.00 or the buy zone near $2.75.
KULR: Carbon Fiber for batteries/electronics. Large float, High Risk. NY Stock Exchange. Moves differently. I hate the float. Heavily shorted. HIGH potential for dilution. Kuul name though. It did make an impressive run from $0.20 to $5.00 over the holidays. Massive short covering on the 16th. Watching....especially around $4.50 (buy zone) - that's a support level.
STEM: AI/Intelligent Energy Storage. Large float, High Risk for dilution. They have an ATM offering ready to dilute up to $600m with no restrictions. So they could drop it anytime. Kind of an expensive stock, too...I'd wait until around $5.00 before I tried this one.
