Well I'm not sure how your broker works but at Scottrade I can buy OMEX at $4.39 but its clearly at $4.88 So this is either easy profit or I'm not understanding right, If this is really happening then buy up on OMEX.

the reason why you probably see that
is because its probably the last time the stock was at 4.39, but then it increased to 4.82 per stock which you can see at the bid size
It closed the day at $4.39.... it is now up from that after the market close because of after hours trading. It even broke $5. You WILL NOT get any shares for $4.39! You will get it at the price it is at on the chart when the market opens tomorrow.
