My biggest problem is setting up my platform, I use TDamertrade. I have duel monitor and I also use the mobile app for at work. If anyone has any ideas for a setup I would love to hear them.

Try to trade with a realistic account balance. And if you plan to have an account lower than $25000, try not to day trade.

I am trying to trade stock I know. If I don't know it i don't trade it I am learn the lower priced stock but by time time i can learn about the stock the plays are over . I take adding to my files so when the next play comes up I can move on it
