$WDDD - Open Worlds Inc - Current - 0.13   -  They have a current lawsuit against Activision- Makers of Call of Duty and Blizzard - Makers of World at Warcraft  in the ( BILLIONS )- Possible win due to Worlds Inc has a patient established a few years ago that makes them the owner of any digital world created with interactive 3d objects etc. Not sure why they are just now suing a lot of major companies but they stated it was due to new information that they may be violating there patient. Stocks have been gradually trending and rising

$SNGX- Soligenix Inc - 2.45 - I brought this stock a while back when it was $1.89 now its 2.40 possibly looking for another b/o @ $2.50 would watch due to stock has a tendency to be vital.

$MTNB- Matinas BioParma Holdings - 1.19 - already technically had a 5yr b/o at $1.11 currently at 1.19 / However 1.20 would be a official b/o - I would look to buy in 1.00 -> 1.12 range for low risk. SEC stated they have some debt however have generated over 4,6mill in current assets this year and 57k in revenue this year opposed to none last year to report .. my bet is you could see some increase in stock price action.

$KAYS- Kaya Holdings -0.11 - is a new Medical Mary jane stock (weedstock) for everyone else.. it has some revenue to on the SEC nothing major, some debt which is higher then the revenue however its opening new medical marijuana dispensaries which are scheduled to open in Oct. I think people are buying given they are making revenue now and have stores lined up... I am watching this one given its stock may not rise much but it has had a lot of shares traded in the last few days, so its worth a watch..

$ROX - Castle Brands Inc- 1.44 - Earnings are up, Revenue is up, recently purchased a distillery for product, added to russell 3000, more cash assets then last year, high trading volume, some debt took a loss in the thousands from last year, - it is trading at it's lowest in 3months (1.44)  looking for the $1.50 b/o official b/o at $1.80, will see where it ends at the market close.

Some that didn't make the list but may go up due to earnings 

- FINL (Finish Line) - Good SEC, nice revenue gain -$28.25 - my guess is its going up.
