Bought this biotech company right before market open off of FDA news. I expected price to rise. Unfortunately, the stock could not break resistance at 1.47. After a long period of sideways action between 1.43 and 1.41, the stock price broke my risk limit at 1.39. Decided to sell and managed to get executed at 1.405 . Even though I technically executed higher than I bought in, commissions wiped out my gains. Lessons learned: Gonna avoid biotechs until I get more accustomed to trading.
