    UNDERSTANDING SEC FILINGS AND $IMMU

When I first considered learning trading – my strongest argument against starting was that I wasn’t the type of person who could deal with the legal jargon, the SEC filings: 'maybe I wasn’t smart enough to get it?' I internally thought.

Yet! By hook or crook, somehow now, I find myself interested in what the SEC filings can uncover. Anything that makes the market more predictable, after all, is a blessing.

I started with the Tim Sykes and Michael Goode: ‘Reading SEC filings DVD’. I watch 30 minutes per day as otherwise it’s just too much technical information at once. It’s a tough watch at times but the learning is very necessary.

I’ve learnt some basic stuff, which I want to share to show how it has helped me learn more about $IMMU.
