Market Notes:

Tuesday we spent the whole day in the red but closed green with some end of day buying. The Russell 2000 spent the whole day in the Green and dipped while the rest of the market surged. These mixed signals will give me pause today, I won't buy any breakout in the first 15-minutes.

China announced a stimulus overnight that is pointing to a very green open. They have done this several times over the past year in an effort to curb its slowing economy.

Weed stocks surged at the end of the year as new legalization went into effect in Illinois yesterday.
